How do Lake Associates earn their fee?

We charge 3%+vat of the acquisition price of the development site or property. Our team source real development opportunities from within the UK property market. We always offer properties in prime locations with or without planning consent, conditional or unconditional.

Are there any arrangement fees or hidden costs?

Absolutely not, Lake Associates provides the service free to perspective developers. Our finder´s fee is only payable on property transactions that reach exchange of contracts and payable 50% on exchange and the balance at legal completion. If, in the event, the property is being simultaneously sold on to another party, our fees would be payable in the same way as above, unless otherwise agreed.
